🧵 Order Processing

  • All our shirts are made-to-order with care.

  • Each product page mentions its estimated dispatch time.

  • On average, it takes 1 to 3 working days to dispatch after order and size confirmation.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not counted.

⚡ Quick Ship Products

  • Items marked “Ready to Ship in 48 Hours” will be dispatched within 48 working hours.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are processed the next working day.

  • Weekends and public holidays may delay shipping.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (India)

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Important Notes:

  • We ship through trusted courier partners across India.

  • If COD is unavailable in your area, we’ll request a prepaid payment to proceed.

  • Make sure your shipping address and mobile number are correct. Changes cannot be made after dispatch.

🌍 International Shipping

  • For shipping rates outside India, email us at craftedlinen@gmail.com.

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery.

  • CraftedLinen is not responsible for customs duties or delays caused by clearance processes.

  • If you refuse to pay the duties and the parcel is returned, no refund will be issued.

🚚 Order Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped.

  • Delays may happen due to holidays, logistics issues, or artisan delays. If the delay exceeds 2 weeks, we will contact you.

  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If unsuccessful, and the parcel is returned to us, no refund will be given.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details are not eligible for refunds.

🔁 Returns & Exchange

For Indian Orders:

  • Exchange is allowed once per order.

  • A shipping fee of ₹250 will be charged for exchange.

  • Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

For International Orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international shipments.

  • All international items will be shipped together via our logistics partner.

  • Urgent delivery is not available internationally. Orders typically arrive in 6-8 business days after dispatch.
